SAKIYAR DA BA RUWA

“Najeriya ce Ƙasar da muke da ita, ba mu kuma da wacce ta fi ta. Wajibi ne mu kasance a cikin ta, mu kuma haɗa kai wajen kyautata makomarta ta hanyar tserar da ita daga dukkanin fitintinun da ke addabar ta”

Waɗannan sune kalmomin da Manjo-Janar Muhammadu Buhari ya rufe jawabinsa na farko da su, a ranar 31 ga watan Disamba 1983, sa'ilin da ya damƙi ragamar mulkin Ƙasar nan wanda gungun wasu Janarori suka miƙa masa bayan sun hamɓarar da gwamnatin farar hula ta Alhaji Shehu Shagari. 

A cikin jawabin Janar Buhari ya taɓo matsalolin da suka hana Najeriya ƙasaita, ciki kuwa harda rashin haɗin kan 'yan Najeriya da rikicin ƙabilancin da ya biyo bayan sakamakon zaɓen da aka yi watanni uku kafin a kai ga haka, da kuma tsabar rashawa da ta haddasa taɓarɓarewar tattalin arziƙin da ya jefa jama'a cikin baƙar wahalar da har yanzu aka kasa magancewa.

To gwamnatin Janar Buhari da ta yi watanni goma sha tara a bisa ƙaraga tana hoɓɓasan ganin an kyautata al'amurar da ke wanzuwa domin talaka ya sarara ba ta samu sukunin kawar da matsalolin da su ka sanya shi furta waɗancan kalmomin ba tun farkon hawansa mulki. Hasali ma ƙamari suka yi, suka buwaya, har sai da suka yi sanadiyyar hamɓarar da shi.

Tun daga wancan lokaci Najeriya ta tsunduma cikin wani mugun yanayi mai rikitarwa gami da tsoratarwa.

Gwamnatocin da suka biyo baya basu taɓuka wani abin a-zo-a-gani ba don mayar da Najeriya irin Ƙasar da 'ya'yanta za su yi alfahari da ita ba. Maimakon haka ma sai suka duƙufa wajen sauƙaƙa dabaru da inganta hanyoyin rashawa da cin hanci. Su ma ƙwararrun ma'aikatan da aka horar da su da dukiyar talakawa ba su bi shawarar Janar Buhari ba game da buƙatar da ke akwai wajen sadaukar da kai a gina Ƙasa. Sun yi ta sulalewa suna ficewa zuwa ƙasashen ƙetare inda za su samu sa'ida daga wahalhalun da suka kunno kai.

Daga nan ba mai sha'awar tsayawa don tserar da Najeriya daga fitintunun dake addabar ta.

Haka nan kuma akwai gwamnatin da ta shekara takwas bayan ta Buhari babu wani abin da ta tsinana sai haddasa masifun da suka rarraba kawunan jama'ar ƙasa, aka daina kishin ƙasa, aka koma biye wa son zuciya da tsananin son kai, kowa kuma ya koma tunanin shiyyar da ya fito, da yadda za a ɗauki matakan hana sauran jama'ar sassan ƙasar cin arziƙin da ba su da irin sa a yankuna su ta yadda kowa zai jefa kifin da ya kamo cikin gorarsa.

Dalili kuwa shine tun a wancan lokaci wasu 'yan kudancin da ke da arziƙin man fetur a shiyyarsu na yi wa 'yan Arewa kallon cima-zaune, waɗanda basu taɓuka komai wajen samar da arziƙin ƙasa, sai dai su wanke goma su tsoma biyar idan an yi rabon arziƙin ƙasa da su, don haka ba abin da ya fi dacewa sai kawai a raba Ƙasar kowa ya kama gabansa.

An sha ɗaukar matakai iri-iri a lokutan mulkin Janarorin soji, musamman ma a zamanin mulkin Janar Abacha, lokacin da al'umman shiyyar Kudu-maso-Yamma suka dage wajen taka masa birki, suka riƙa haɗa baki da gwamnatocin ƙasashen Turai da Amurka wajen ƙuntata masa a ƙoƙarinsu na sai sun ga bayan sa. A lokacin ne suka dage wajen kafa kungiyar neman tsarin dimokuraɗiyya a kaikaice, mai suna NADECO wacce ke son a yi taron da zai samar da sukunin aiwatar da waccan muguwar manufa ta su, da nufin rarraba ƙasar don Yarbawa su samu tasu Jamhuriyar da suke kira Odua ko kuma Naija, su ma Inyamurai su samu tasu Biafara da suka jima suna hanƙoron kafa ta, don yin ban-kwana da waɗanda suka kira masu mayar da hannun agogo baya, marasa sha'awar ci gaban Najeriya.

A mulkin Janar Abdussalam ma ba su haƙura da wannan hanƙoron ta su ba. Sun kuma yi nasarar razana 'yan Arewar da ke riƙe da mulki har sai da su ka miƙa musu mulkin cikin ruwan sanyi, wautar da ya kasance matakin farko na gurgunta Arewa da jama'ar ta, kafin nan gaba a kai ga ingiza ƙeyarsu ficewa daga tarayyar Najeriya.

Bayan suɓucewar mulki daga hannun 'yan Arewa sai waɗanda a ke gani sune manyan ta suka zame tamkar kifin da aka fitar daga ruwa, ba kuma wani abin da za su iya yi don cigaban al'ummar ta.

Wannan ne dalilin da yasa jim kaɗan bayan Janar Olushegun Obasanjo ya hau mulki sai aka fara tunanin rarraba kan jama'ar Arewa ta hanyar addinin Musulunci domin daga bisani a ji daɗin tarwatsa su.

Nan take sai 'yan kudun da aka miƙa wa mulki duk suka bi suka shishshigewa gwamnonin Arewa, suka nemi su jaddada shari'ar Musulunci a jihohinsu, ba don sha'awar haɓakar Musulunci ba, sai dai don a ta da zaune tsaye, a tayar da fitinar da za ta farraka musulmin Najeriya.

Cikin ɗan ƙanƙanen lokaci sai kuma maƙiya musulmi da Arewa suka fara zuga mabiya addinin kirista 'yan asalin Arewa, da kada su amince da shari'ar musulunci a yankunansu, har ta kai sai da aka yi ta katulan-makatulan tsakanin musulmi da kirista kan abin da kundin tsarin mulki bai haramta wa musulmi ba.

Yanzu ga shi nan wancan dambarwar da aka sha yi kan Shari'a ta raunana matsayin musulmi, an kuma mance da batun aiki da ita, kuma zai yi wuya nan gaba wani ya sake bugun ƙirji ya ce zai ƙarfafa shari'ar musulunci domin za a ce fitina kawai yake son tayarwa, a yi masa taron dangi a matsayin ɗan ta'adda.

Har yanzu dai ana nan kan wannan baƙar manufar ta ƙuntata wa 'yan Arewa domin kuwa ana son yin taron sake fasalta jadawalin Ƙasar da zai sa a mayar da musulmin kasar saniyar ware don a ji dadin korarsu daga tarayyar Najeriya, su koma can inda za su yi ta yin shari'ar musulunci don a huta da fitintunun da aka ce suna tayarwa da sunan Fulani makiyaya da Boko Haram.

A yanzu dai babu wanda zai iya haƙiƙancewa ga yadda Najeriya zata kasance nan da 'yan shekaru masu zuwa, domin kuwa wani abu da zai janyo fitinar wargajewar ta na iya faruwa a ko wane lokaci.

To, idan haka ya faru mutanen gabashi ba su da wata damuwa domin kuwa sun daɗe suna neman farfaɗowar kasar Biafra da suka nemi ɓalle ta daga tarayyar Najeriya tun shekarar 1967.  Su ma mutanen yamma a shirye suke su ɗaukaka Jamhuriyar Oduduwa da suka daɗe suna jiran kafuwar ta idan Najeriya ta ɓalɓalce.

Arewa fa!  wacce muke ciki? Sai a ranar tafiya ce za mu fafe gora, a fara hauma-hauma game da ɗorewar wata sabuwar ƙasar da za a kafa cikin hanzari ba wani sanannen shiri?

Babu wani ƙwaƙƙwaran shiri dai da 'yan Arewa ke yi game da wannan batu, domin an fi mayar da hankula ne kan  rikice-rikicen addini da kabilanci da ke ta rarraba kan jama'ar Arewar.

Ya dai kamata 'yan Arewa mu farka daga barci mu san cewa akwai waɗanda ke  tunanin cewa suna da wata ƙasa daban da Najeriya, wato masu neman kawo ƙarshen zaman tarayya da ciyayya irin na cude-ni-in cude-ka don magance dukkan matsalolin cikinta. Bai kamata ba 'yan Arewa mu sake ayi mana sakiyar da ba ruwa idan an zo rabuwa.

Yaushe kan mage zai waye?


Tsananin son zuciya da tsabagen rashin kishin kasa, sune illolin dake fatattaka zukatan wasu shugabannin Najeriya, har ta kai ma a yanzu babu wani alfanun da ake samu  daga ayyukan da suke zartarwa. Wannan shine dalilin da yasa a maimakon kasar ta ci gaba, kullum sai koma baya ta ke cikin dukkanin al’amuranta.

Tun ana kiran Najeriya ‘Giwar Africa’ tana amsawa, yanzu ce mata ake yi akuyar da ke dauke da takin da ke hana ta motsawa. Ashe dai da gaske ne da gwanayen magana ke cewa, duniya rawar ‘yan mata ce, na gaba kan koma baya. To Najeriya a yau ta zame kashin-baya, ‘yan kannenta duk sun tsere mata fintinkau, har ma tsohon shugaban kasar Ghana, Mr John Kufour, ya fahimci cewa Najeriya ta gaza, don haka a daina cewa da ita Giwar Africa.

Ko wane Shugaba da ya shude, ya taka rawar da walau aka yaba, ko akayi Allah wadai da ita, saboda dangartakansa da masu tatse arzikin kasarsa, Turawan da suka gaji da bautar da kakanninmu, daga bisani suka ba mu mulkin da bai da amfani a gare mu. Tunda bamu iya sarrafa tattalin arzikin kasarmu da kanmu, sai yadda suka ga dama za su ta kankarar mu komai wayyo Allanmu kuma ba za su kyale mu ba.

Amma daga cikinsu babu rawar da aka fi bata ta da tsalle kamar ta Goodluck Ebele Azikwe Mainasara Jonathan. Saboda rashin tabukawar Jonathan wajen ciyar da kasarnan gaba, yanzu gani ake kamar an debe wa manufofinsa ne albarka, domin tun hawansa mulki babu wani abin alfahari guda da ya aiwatar don amfanin jama’arsa. Shugaba Jonathan ya yi alkawurra bila-adadin, amma babu wanda ya cika.

Inda wannan al’amari ya fi ban takaici shine, ta fuskar aikin gona. Ya sha yin alkawurran zai habaka noman rogon da za a rika fitarwa kasashen ketare, amma duk a banza. Kai hasali ma ba kunya ba tsoron jama’arsa, ya karya alkawarin da ya yi cewa, ya daina cin wani burodi idan ba wanda aka yi da rogo ba.

Shugaba Jonathan ya sake daukar wani alkawarin game da noman shinkafa. Ya ce daga shekara mai zuwa gwamnatinsa za ta hana shigowa da shinkafa ‘yar waje, domin a koma cin shinkafa ‘yar Baro, da ake nomawa a kasarnan.

Amma me ya faru?  Ai  cikin ‘yan watanni da yin wannan alkawarin sai ga gogan naka can a Kasar Malawi inda ya kai ziyarar aiki shi da wasu gwamnoni, yana ta buga santi, yayin da yake cin shinkafar da aka noma a can Kasar. Bayan ya cire malafar da ba safai yake cire ta ba, a nan gida Najeriya, ya sosa sankon tsakiyar kansa, sai ya kada baki ya ce da Shugabar Kasar Malawi Mrs Joyce Banda mai masaukinsa: “Daga yau duk wata shinkafa da ni kaina, da jama’ata a Najeriya za su ci, daga nan Kasar za a rika kai mana ita”.

Amma da yake babu wanda zai iya saka masa waiji, sai kawai aka yi masa tafi: “raf-raf-raf”, gogan naka kuwa sai kawai ya fara rausayawa, yana rangwada da wuya kamar wata sabuwar amarya.

To a nan akwai tamabayoyi guda biyu da suka kamata shugaba Jonathan Mai nasara ya amsa, kamar yadda gwamna Isa Yuguda ke kiransa saboda tsabar lusaranci irin na Yuguda. Ta farko ita ce, shin maganar noma wadatacciyar shinkafa a nan cikin gida don kawo karshen wacce Turawa kan noma a wasu kasashe, su shigo mana da ita ta hannun ‘yan barandansu, ta sha ruwan fashi kenan? Sannan  kuma zai cika wancan alkawarin da ya dauka a gaban takwararsa Joyce Banda, game da sayen shinkafar Kasarta, ko kuma santin banza ne ya tafka sakamakon dadin girkin da ya kwasa?

To ko ma dai menene, talakawan Najeriya mun dade da sanin cewa, an kaimu an baro game da aikin gona, tunda gashi ma a bana noman ya gagara saboda ka’idoji masu wahalarwa da aka gindaya don sayar da takin zamani. Dangane da haka da wuya a samu amfanin gona mai albarka a bana daga dan abin da ya rage bayan ambaliyan ruwan da ya halaka gonakin manoman da dama basu samu takin ba.

Wai shin ya zama wajibi ne sai turawa ne za su ciyar da al’ummomin kasar nan da abincin da ake nomawa a wata duniyar can daban? A yanzu ta kai ma a duk shekara sai an kashe Naira miliyan dubu 360, don sayo mana shinkafa daga kasashen ketare. Haka ma akan kashe Naira milayan dubu 180 duk shekara, ko kuma a ce Naira miliyan dari biyar a kullum don sayo alkamar da ake mana burodi ko fanken Karin kumallo. Wadannan ba su ke nan ba, a ko wace shekara kuma sai an kashe Naira miliyan dubu 110, don sayo sukarin da mukan sanya a kunu da koko, ko shayin da muke dunduma kunkuru a ko wace safiya.

Idan da ace wadannan makudan kudade aljifan manoman karkara suke shigewa, ai da tuni sun murmure, sun tayar da komada, sun kuma san zaman rayuwa na armashi suke a Najeriya, ba jirar mutuwa kadai ba.

An dai tabbatar da cewa, ba iya kwanciya aka fi kare ba, sai dai a yi masa gorin mayafi. Ba finmu iya noma, da kasa mai albarka, da matasa majiya karfi aka yi ba, sai dai a nuna mana na’urorin zamani. To da wani dalili za a ce ba za mu iya noma abin da za mu ci ba, har sai an kawo mana daga wata kasar dabam? Wannan ya dogara ne bisa rashin kan-gadon shugabanninmu, wdanda Turawan Yammacin duniya ke daurewa gindi ana zaben su ko ta halin kaka, don su ci gaba da tsiyata kasarsu na haihuwa, kasashen Turawa kuma na ta bunkasa. Wai shin yaushe ne kan mage zai waye?

A Bari Ya Huce Shi Ke Kawo Rabon Wani


 Wahalar neman albarkatun man fetur a arewacin Najeriya ya fi hakilon bidar allura a cikin rauga. Amma burin ganin an kai ga biyan bukata ba zai zama a banza ba, domin an samu burbushin man a wurare da yawa. An kuma fahimci cewa, haka za ta cimma ruwa, idan aka dukufa sosai wajen tonowa.

Dangane da haka, an ce an samu albarkatu masu tarin yawa a gabar tafkin Chadi, da ke iyaka da kasashen Kamaru da Chadi. An kuma tabbatar da cewa akwai irin wadannan albarkatun malale a gabar kogin Komadugu cikin Jihar Yobe.

To ba wadancan wurare ne kadai Allah ya tarfa wa garinsu nono ba, don a nan Jiharmu ta Bauchi ma, da makwabciyarmu Gombe, an gano cewa akwai dimbin albarkatun man-fetur a karkashin kasa, haka ma an hakikance kan cewa, akwai shi makil, a gabar kogin Binuwai.

To amma, a duk lokacin da aka ce an gano albarkatun mai a wani yanki na Arewa, sai kaga lamarin ya zame tamkar labarin kanzon kurege, musamman ma ga hukumomin gwamnatin tarayya wadanda hakkin tono man da sarrafa shi ya rataya a wuyansu.

Wani babban abin da zai kara ba ka haushi kuma, shine ganin yadda su ma a nasu bangaren, shugabannin mu na nan Arewa, babu wani hobbasa da suke yi game da haka. Hasali ma sun gwammaci su yi ta kasancewa suna dogaro da man kudun da a kullum sai an yi musu gori akai, ana musu kallon cima- zaune, wadanda sai dai su wanke goma su tsoma biyar cikin akushin arzikin kasar da ba sa tsinana komai don karuwarta.

Ko a ranar larabar da ta gabata, sai da muka ji mai girma Gwamnan Jihar Bauchi, Malam Isa Yuguda, ya fito fili yana ta babatu da kame-kame kamar yadda ya saba, a wata tattaunawa da BBC Hausa ta yi da shi. Yana fadin cewa wai kada mutanen Arewa su rika kai kwadayinsu wajen maganar hako man Arewa. Yuguda ya ce, mutanen Arewa mu mai da hankali kan harkar noma kawai, itace kadai hanyar karuwar arziki. Domin a cewar Yuguda, wai burin Gwamnatin tarayya shine sai ta gama kwasan man da ke kudancin Najeriya, sannan za ta karaso, ta ci gaba da wawuson na Arewa. Idan ma abin da Yuguda  ya fada gaskiya ne, to ai an ce teku bata ki Karin ruwa ba. Kuma  guntun gatarin ka ya fi sari ka bani.  Dangane da wannan batu, sai a tambayi Yuguda, shin mara kishin inane shi?

Duk da cewa Gwamnatin tarayya ba ta cewa uffan game da irin dimbin arzikin man-fetur da ake samu a daya daga cikin jihohin Arewa goma sha tara, sai ga Shugaba Jonathan ya kai ziyara Jihar Anambara, inda ya tsoma ta cikin jerin Jihohin da suke da arzikin man-fetur, a matsayi ta goma. A cewar Jonathan, an gano mai a Aguleri Otu, dake yankin karamar hukumar Anambara ta gabas, har ma an kafa wata matatar mai ta musamman don sarrafa danyen man da za a rika hakowa.

To idan haka ne, me yasa bayan sanarwar da tsohon Gwamnan Jihar Kogi Ibrahim Idris ya bayar na cewa an gano man-fetur a jiharsa, Gwamnatin tarayya bata sanar ba, domin a san ainahin wurin da aka gano man, da adadin yawansa, da ingancinsa?

An dai dade da fahimtar cewa akwai albarkatun man-fetur masu tarin yawa a arewacin kasarnan, amma gwamnati bata ko nuna cewa ta san da hakan. Tunda yake dai shiyyoyin Arewaci ne aka gano albarkatun mai, ai ba za a fada ba, kuma babu wani dalilin da zai sanya a tashi haikan don tonowa, tunda dai ba kaunar mu ake da arzikin ba. Amma da yake ana son yi wa Arewa rinton albarkatun man da Allah ya huwace mana, sai gashi ana cewa man da aka gano a Jihar Kogi ma wai na Jihar Anambara ne.

Wannan al’amari ne mai rikitarwa, kuma gwamnatin tarayya ta ja bakinta ta yi gum game da da’awar da Jihar Kogi ke yi, na cewa arzikin man da Jihar Anambara ke tinkaho da shi a Jihar ta Kogin aka samu. Kuma rashin daukar matakan gaggawa don bin bahasin takaddamar da za ta biyo baya game da wannan cece-kuce na iya haddasa rigima tsakanin al’ummomin jihohin biyu, masu makwabtaka da juna.

Idan kuma muka dawo kan batun rashin mayar da hankalin gwamnatin tarayya, game da kin fara hakowa da sarrafa dimbin albarkatun mai da aka gano a wurare da yawa a nan Arewa, za mu fahimci cewa, mu dinne dai al’ummar Arewa baki dayanmu ba a bukatar mu da karuwar arziki.

Suma manya-manyan kasashen yammaci da gabashin duniya, sun kwallafa ransu bisa wannan arziki da Allah ya hore mana. A sabili da haka ne ma, ake ta haddasa yamutsi da rashin kwanciyar hankali a dukkan wuraren da aka tabbatar cewa an samu man-fetur a yankin arewa. Rige-rigen da Kasashen Turai da Amurka ke ta yi don yin kaka-gida su ji dadin tatsa mana arziki, shine ya jawo fitintinun da yanzu haka suka yi kamari a jihohin Borno da Yobe. Da gangan kuma ake jingina su da addini.

To gashi nan al’amarin ya jawo mana bala’i tun kafin ma mu fara cin moriyarsa.

Idan kuma har da gaske Gwamnatin Jonathan ke yi na kara kokartawa don binciken gabar kogunan kasarnan dake kan iyakokin kasashe makwabta, musamman ma a nan arewa maso gabas, to sai ta yi himmar farawa  tun yanzu, domin ance a bari ya huce shi ke kawo rabon wani.

Komi Aka Yi Da Jaki Sai Ya Ci Kara


Cif Edwin Kiagbodo Clark dan siyasa ne mai fada aji a yankin Neja-Delta. Inda duk dattijo ya kai, ana iya cewa ya kai, amma sai dai bai iya bakinsa ba. Ga shi ya manyanta matuka, ‘yan shekaru kadan suka rage ya cika casa’in, amma dabi’u da take-takensa irin na tsohon Najadu ne. Hasali ma a duk lokacin da Cif Edwin Clark ya buda baki, ya yi furuci, za ka ji kamar kasa za ta tsage, za ka ji kowa na Allah-wadai da shi, don kuwa kalamansa ko kare ma ba zai ci ba. Alheri ba ya taba  fitowa daga bakinsa, sannan maganganunsa ba yawa ba dadi.
Siyasar kabilanci ce babbar dabi’arsa, da ita yake ci, yake sha, yake kuma takama. Wannan ne ya sa Edwin Clark ya yi fice a karkararsu, ya kuma yi kaurin suna a kwaryar tarayyar Najeriya. Shine ya nada kansa da kansa mukamin Jagorar kungiyar Dattijan Neja-Delta. Kabilarsu daya da ta shugaba Jonathan, amma baya kaunarsa, domin ba irin kutun-kutun din da bai yi wa Jonathan ba don kar ya zamo shugaban kasa. Bayan abin ya sha karfinsa sai kuma ya komo ba shi da wani gwani kamar Jonathan.
Ba abin da Edwin Clark ya sanya gaba, sai sake-kake, da kulle-kullen yadda Kabilar Ijaw za ta tsere, ta yi fin-tin-kau wa sauran kabilun yankin Neja-Delta. Ya tsani ‘yan kabilar Itsekiri. Shi yasa ma a 2007 ya fito karara ya nuna kin amincewarsa da tsayawa takarar Emmanuel Eduaghan a matsayin gwamnan Jihar Delta, don kabilarsu daban-daban ne. Inda ma Cif Edwin Clark ya fi kaurin suna a ‘yan kwanakin nan, shi ne wajen kokarin rushe tubalin ginin da ta hade kan ‘yan Najeriya, don Kasar ta ci gaba da rushewa.
Dangane da haka, yanzu Cif Edwin Clark shine kan gaba wajen nuna kyama da kiyayya ga yankin Arewa da shugabanninta da kuma ‘ya’yanta. A kullum jikinsa kaikayi yake masa har idan bai kalkalo wata jafa’in da zai malkaya wa ‘yan Arewa ba. Burinsa a ko da yaushe shine, ya kalato kashin-kajin da zai shafa wa ‘yan Arewa don ya bakantamu a idanun iyayen gidansa na kasashen ketare, masu kyamar jama’ar arewa da abin da muka yi imani da shi.
A halin da ake ciki yanzu lamarin Cif Edwin Clark ya faskara, ya fara wuce gona da iri, shi yasa ma a ‘yan kwanakin nan ya dauki karan-tsana ya dora wa gwamnonin jihohin Arewa da tsofaffin shugabannin kasar ‘yan asalin Arewa, ba domin komai ba, sai don ya tayar da zaune tsaye, ya ruruta wata wutar fitinar da za ta karasa daidaita kasar.
Akan haka ne, a wajen wani taron kungiyar lauyoyi a Abuja, ranar larabar makon jiya, Edwin Clark ya hakikance cewa wai gwamnonin Arewa ne suka kafa kungiyar Boko-Haram domin kawai su dagula lissafin gwamnatin Jonathan. Clark yayi amannar cewa wasu ‘yan Arewa ne da Jonathan ya kayar a zaben 2011, masu alaka da kungiyar Boko-Haram su ke hure kurwar gwamnatin Jonathan suke haddasa fitintinu iri-iri. Ya kuma kara da zargin wasu da ya kira ‘yan koren da kungiyar gwamnonin Najeriya ta kafa cikin manyan kwamitocin jam’iyyar PDP na kasa, wai su ke dafa wa gwamnonin Arewar don kai Jonathan kasa. A cewarsa gwamnonin Arewa sun karkata akalar jam’iyyar PDP zuwa inda suke so, sun kuma turketa a can, sai yadda suka ga dama suke yi da ita.
To tun da yake abin na Edwin Clark rainin wayo ne da rashin ta ido, sai gashi ya fito balo-balo yana kalubalantar Janar Buhari, da Janar Babangida da su fito fili su wanke kawunansu daga zargin da yake musu, na cewa suna da ruwa da tsaki game da tashe-tashen bama-bamai da suka ki ci suka ki cinyewa a arewacin Najeriya. Ya ce wai su fito kiri-kiri su nuna wa al’ummar kasar cewa ba su da wata alaka ko dangantaka da kungiyar Boko-Haram. Ba irin kalaman tozartawa da Edwin Clark bai furta ba. Ya ce wai shugabannin arewa ba wanda ya taba kai ziyara jihar Borno, don tausayawa jama’ar da ‘yan Boko-Haram suka addaba, sai Janar Olusegun Obasanjo ne kadai ya kai ziyara garesu don jajanta musu.
‘Yan magana suka ce gajerar kuka dadin hawa gareta. Shin Edwin Clark ya manta cewa Shugaba Jonathan ma bai taba zuwa ko’ina ba a Arewa don jajantawa ga jama’ar da bala’in jefe-jefen bama-bamai suka tagayyara ba? Tsakanin shi da su Buhari wanene ya wajaba a kansa yayi tattaki zuwa Jihar Borno don jajantawa da ba da tallafi wa wadanda rigimar ta shafa?
 Sanin kowa ne, inda Jonathan ke son kai ziyara bayan an shirya harin ta’addanci ya kai, an kuma san wadanda ya je domin su, da kuma dalilan da suka sa yaje din, sune kuma kadai wadanda aka taba biyan diyya bayan an kaddamar da ta’ddancin harin bam. A game da batun manyan arewar da yake zargin sun ki cewa uffan game da bala’o’in Boko Haram, sai a tambayi Cif Edwin Clark, shin yana so ne su yi ikirarin su ne iyayen gidan ‘yan Boko-Haram din? Ko so yake yi su ce da sanin su ake  tafka ta’asar da yake zargin suna haddasawa don su faranta masa rai?
To har dai idan Cif Edwin Clark ba so yake ya bata arewa da shugabanninta ba ne, ai ya sani sarai cewa sun sha fitowa suna kalubalantar ‘yan kungiyar Boko-Haram, da nuna musu cewa abin da suke yi baya da nasaba da addinin musulunci. Ai ko ba komai ba za su daura yaki su ci kasarsu ba. Yanzu wani bangaren kasar nan ne gari ya waya game da masifun da tashin hankalin Boko-Haram ke haddasawa? Arewa da jama’ar cikinta mune kawai muke kwaruwa musamman ma mu ‘yan arewa maso gabas (North East), sauran ‘yan Najeriya kuwa ko a jikinsu, ba su damu da haka ba. A ganinsu tun da dai jifa ta wuce kansu, to ta ma fada kan uban kowa mana.
 Zarge-zargen da Edwin clark yake wa su Janar Buhari ko kadan basu da makama ballantana tushe. A,a, to idan kura na da maganin zawo me zai hana ba za tayi wa kanta ba? ‘yan arewa da wasu daga cikin shugabanninmu mun fi kowa damuwa game da haka, sai dai babu abin da muka iya. Wadanda daga cikinmu za su iya tabukawa don hanawa da magancewa, su kuma ba ruwansu, matukar ba cikin gidajensu ake jefa bama-bamai ba, sun ma fi gwammacewa al’amuran su ci gaba da tabarbarewa.
A game da gwamnonin Arewa da Edwin Clark ya shafa wa kashin-kaji kuwa, sai ace da su Allah ya kara, ga irinta nan ai. Ba su ne suka saki na hannu suka bi na dawa ba? Suka saki reshe suka kama ganye? Yanzu sun gane cewa da ruwa ake shayi, domin irin sakamakon da aka yi musu kenan, bayan da suka tayar da kura a zaben watan afrilun bara, suka yi amfani da addini  da kabilanci, suka tayar da husumar da ta yi sanadiyyar asarar rayuka da dimbin dukiyar al’umma, suka kuma jingina laifin tayar da tarzomar wa wasu manyan arewa.
Daga karshe kuma ga shi nan ‘yan kudun da suka yi wa gata, sun ci, sun goge bakunansu. Tunda yake sun ci moriyar ganga, to yanzu sakayyarsu ga ‘yan arewa ita ce ta rainin wayo da neman ganin bayansu. A game da halin Edwin Clark kuwa, da halayen irin su Alhaji Mujahid Asari Dokubo, da ma sauran ‘yan kudancin Najeriya, mu ‘yan arewa ba mu da ta cewa, domin ance komai aka yi da jaki sai ya ci kara.

Jihar Filato: Abin na yi ne sai hattara!


 Wuta tun tana ‘yar karama ake kashe ta, kafin ta buwaya. Idan kuma aka bari ta gawurta, sai ta zame gagarumar gobarar da za ta janyo asara ba ‘yar kadan ba. Irin yanayin dake faruwa kenan a Jihar Filato. Wanda kuma ya samo asali ne tun a ‘yan shekarun baya, yayin da sakacin hukuma da na mahukunta suka jawo tabarbarewar al’amura har zaman lumana irin na cude-ni-in-cude-ka ya gagara. A sakamakon haka, an samu barkewar rikice-rikicen addini da na kabilanci wadanda suka fara da wasa-wasa a wasu unguwanni da kauyukan Jihar, sai gashi nan karamar magana ta zama babba. Sai da ta kai a baya aka taba yi wa musulmi kisan kiyashi a garuruwa kamar su Yelwan-Shendam da Garkawa, da ma sauran wasu kananan kauyuka dake Fadin Jihar. Rikice-rikicen a halin yanzu sunyi tsanani har ana kasa magancewa.
Abubuwan da suka haddasa wadannan masifu na da yawa. Suna kuma da sigogi barkatai masu rikitarwa. Wasu na da nasaba da kabilanci da addini, wasu kuma salsalarsu sune tsagwaron son zuciya da kulafucin abin duniya. Amma mafi girma shine sakacin mahukunta wajen dakile dalilan da suka haddasa masifun da yanzu suka zame wa al’ummomin yankin cin kwan makauniya. Ta haka ne gwamnatocin da suka gabata suka kasa shawo kansu, aka kafa dokar ta bacin da ta kawar da gwamna Joshua Chibi Dariye da majalisar dokokinsa, a wancan lokaci, na tsawon watanni shida, amma duk da haka nan ba a samu wata maslaha ba. Daga shigowar sabuwar gwamnati ma ta karkashin jogorancin Gwamna Jonah David Jang, an samu karuwar tashe-tashen hankula a fadin Jihar, an kuma sake kafa wata kwatankwacin irin wancan dokar-ta-bacin  da aka kafa wa gwamnatin da Jonah Jang ya gada, a wasu kananan hukumomin Jihar guda hudu. Su ma basu yi wani tasiri ba, hasali ma rikicin sai kara kamari suke ta yi.
Sanin kowa ne, cewa, ba wani abu ne ya jawo bala’o’in da yanzu haka ke wakana a Jihar Filato ba, illi bakar gaba, wacce hassada da ganin kyashi suka haddasa tsakanin ‘yan tsirarun kabilun Birom da suka fara zama a garin Jos, da kuma wadanda suka biyo bayansu, wato Hausa-Fulani. Wadannan kabilun su ne mafiya rinjaye daga cikin mazauna garin Jos, a wancan lokaci. Tun da farkon fari dai, ‘yan kabilar Birom su ne suka fara share wuri, suka yi zaman dirshan, kafin su haye tudun duwatsu, don tsoro da gujewa sauran kabilun da kan iya kai musu hari ko farmaki. Cikinsu kuwa har da Hausawan da idanunsu suka riga suka bude; Suka kuma dade da wayewa da sanin inda duniya ta dosa.
Allah ya albarkaci wannan wuri da kasa mai albarka da kuma dimbim ma’adinai a karkashin kasa. ‘Yan kabilar Birom dake bisa tsaunuka sun yi zamansu a haka, kuma haka nan suke noma abin da za su ci a basi tudun don tsoron mutuwa da yunwa. Su kuma Hausawa da sauran kabilu, ciki har da Angasawa masu kaunar zaman lafiya da ci gaba, sai suka yi ta gudanar da zarafinsu a karkashin duwatsun, cikin lumana da taimakon juna. Ta haka ne kowace kabila ta samu wurin zama, ta kuma ci gaba da bin tafarkin al’adu da dabi’u da ta gada kaka-da-kakanni, har kafin zuwan Turawan Ingilishi. Wadanda suka sake fasalin tsarin zamantakewar al’ummar yankin, bisa irin tsarinsu na kyama da tsana da kuma tsangwamar addinin musulunci da musulmai.
Karfafa gwiwa da Turawan suka yi wa masu sha’awar tonon kuza, suka sanya Hausawan garin Jos, bazama don neman abin duniyar da ta taimaka musu wajen gina garin Jos, har ya zamanto bashi da na biyu a zamananci a yankin arewacin Najeriya. Wannan ne ya biyo bayan fadada dogon hanyar jirgi daga Zariya zuwa Jos, don kwashe kuzar da aka hako zuwa bakin Tekun Legas, inda daga can ake yin gaba da ita zuwa nahiyar Turai. Arziki da yalwan da ya baibaye jama’ar garin Jos ne suka sa wasu daga cikin kabilun tsohon lardin Filato suka fara kyamar sauran kabilun da Allah ya kaisu can don cin arziki, har ma sai da ta kai bayan mutuwar su Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, sai Janar Yakubu Gowon ya kacancala Arewa zuwa jihohi shida. Wasu na ganin cewa, an yi haka ne don kawo ci gaba, wasu kuma na cewa hakan na da nasaba ne da kokarin rugurguza arewar daidai da burin ‘yan kudun da ke kawancen siyasa da ‘yan arewa.
Dangane da haka, sai kabilun cikin jihar Binuwai-Filato suka fara tunanin janyewa daga dukkan wasu al’amura da suka hade kan jama’ar arewa. Suka kuma kakkafa nasu na kashin kansu, don hakan ya zame musu ba kare-bin-damo tsakaninsu da sauran jama’ar arewa ta yadda za su balle su samar da yankin da suka kira wai ‘Middle Belt’.
A sakamakon haka ne wasu ‘ya’yan yankin suka yunkura don hambarar da gwamnatin Janar Murtala Ramat Muhammad, domin komo da Janar Gowon, dan asalin yankin da ya hambarar bisa mulki, don cigaba da daukaka manufofi da ra’ayoyin ‘yan Middle Belt’. Bayan shekaru goma sha hudu da yin haka ba tare da nasara ba, sai kuma wasu ‘yan yankin, a karkashin Manjo Gideon Orkar suka nemi hambarar da gwamnatin Janar Badamasi Babangida don su kori  mazauna wasu bangarorin arewa daga kwaryar Jamhuriyar Najeriya. A wannan karon ma ba a ci nasara ba. To tun daga wancan lokacin, Najeriya bata zauna lafiya ba, sai masifu iri-iri masu siga da addini da kabilanci, suka rika kunno kai, ana ta tashin hankali ba kakkautawa tsakanin Hausa-Fulani da wasu kabilun jihohi daban-daban.
Wannan al’amari yafi kamari a Jihar Filato da makwabciyarta Kaduna, inda bayan anyi nasarar dandake Hausawa a siyasance, sai kuma aka koma kan danginsu Fulani wadanda hukumomin Jihar Filato suka kawar da kai sa’ilin da ake muzguna musu, ana takura musu don dai a bakanta musu ta yadda za su tsallake jihar Filaton, su bar ladansu. A nan ya zama wajibi a yi la’akari da cewa kokarin da aka sha yi a can baya don dagula al’amuran arewa, sun hada da wasu sojojin da basu san ciwon kansu ba, wadanda suka shiga cikin sabgogin hambarar da gwamnatocin mulkin soja da ‘yan arewa ke shugabanta don shimfida manufarsu ta kin jinin wasu ‘yan arewa. An gano haka a lokacin, aka kame su, aka yi musu hukuncin da yafi dacewa: hukuncin kisa.
Abin takaici game da haka shine, yadda a yanzu kuma gwamnati ke son aiwatar da abin da ya saba wa kundin tsarin mulki da karya hakkin dan Adam, wajen yunkurin tumbuke Fulanin dake zaune a wasu garuruwan da ke kananan hukumomin Barikin Ladi da Riyom, don a faranta wa abokan adawarsu rai. Wannan rashin adalci ne tsagwaronsa, domin kuwa ba Fulani ne kadai ke tayar da husuma ba, katulan-makatulan ake yi tsakaninsu da ‘yan kabilar Birom. Saboda haka nan su duka ya kamata ace sabuwar dokar tumbukewar ta shafa, domin kuwa karfe guda bashi amo.
A yanzu haka nan abubuwa marasa dadi dake wakana a jihar Filato tamkar saka ce da mugun zare ake koyawa sauran jihohin da suke ikirarin kasancewa cikin yankin Middle Belt, don su karasa aiwatar da manufar su marigayi Laftanar-kanar Bukar Dimka da Manjo Gideon Orkar don kawar da Fulani daga jihohin Kaduna, Bauchi, Gombe, Adamawa da Taraba, daga bisani kuma sai a koma kan Hausawa, da sarakunan daular Usmaniyya ta Fulani, wadanda dama tuni aka riga aka fake da batun Boko Haram aka daidaita al’ummarsu a siyasance. Yanzu dai babu sauran ta cewa, sai a yi hattara, abin na yi ne!

Barawon Kaza Ba Zai Bar Ingarmar Doki Ba


Biki wan shagali, kowa ya raina ka ba nasa ne ba. Bikin cikar Goodluck Jonathan shekara guda bisa mulki abu ne da ya kamata a ce ya shafi daukacin ‘yan Najeriya, amma talakawa da yawa ba su ga dalilin yin murnar zagayowar ranar da aka danka masa ragamar mulki ba, domin babu wani abin kirkin da ya kulla musu. Wadanda za a ce suna murna da haka su ne jama’arsa na shiyyar kudu maso kudu, wadanda suka fi kowa amfana, sune kuma ya fifita bisa sauran, amma sai gashi nan suna nuna masa hali irin na dan masara, yana goyonsu, suna gantsara masa cizo a baya, suna kuma yi wa kasar haihuwarsu zagon kasar da ke zaizaye arzikinta.
Ashe dai murna da dangin Shugaba Jonathan suka yi, duk da sanin cewa ba abin da ya tsinana wa sauran sassan kasar, ya nuna rashin kulawarsu ga matsalolin da kasar ke ciki, wadanda kuma suka samo asali daga dabi’u da take-taken da suka biyo tsananin kawazucinsu na mulki da tsagwaron son-kai da kuma rashin kulawa da sakamakon yin hakan ya wanzar, wajen dora kasar bisa turbar karayar arziki da rashin tabbas a fannonin mulki da na siyasa.
Idan har gwamnatin Jonathan, wacce ‘yan kudu maso kudu ke garawa yadda suka ga dama, ba ta dauki matakan kawar da wadannan bala’o’in da suka riga suka kunno kai a kasar nan ba, to babu makawa hauhawar farashin kayayyaki a kasuwannin cikin gida da ya fara kamari a watannin karshe na shekarar da ta gabata, ya kuma tsananta a halin yanzu, zai ragargaza karfin Naira, har sai ganyen gyada ma ya fi ta daraja.
Karin farashin wutar lantarki da aka fara aiki da shi a wannan makon zai haddasa karancin kayayyakin da masana’antunmu na cikin gida ke samarwa, ya kuma tilasta wa bankuna kara kudin ruwa kan rancen da suke bai wa jama’a, ya kuma sa harkokin tsaro kara tabarbarewa. A yanzu kuma ragin yawan danyen man fetur da kasar Amurka ke saye daga Najeriya, a matsayinta ta babbar kasuwar danyen man kasar nan, zai jawo raguwar kudaden shiga daga danyen man-fetur,  hakan kuma na iya jawo koma-baya ga ayyukan ciyar da kasa gaba.
Ko wane daya daga cikin wadannan matsaloli da na zayyana na iya sa Najeriya ta yi mugun karko, bayan ya hankada ta cikin wahalar da za ta daidaita ta; jama’ar cikinta su farfashe. Daga nan kuma sai masifun da suka tarwatsa kasar su ja geza zuwa kasashen makwabtanmu, wadanda za su yi ta fama da tawagogin ‘yan gudun hijirar da za su fantsama can, su kuma dagula musu al’amura, su tayar da zaune tsaye. To, amma uwa-uba daga cikin wadannan matsalolin wanda ake gani zai fi saurin haddasa fitina da masifa ga arzikin kasar shi ne, satar danyen man fetur da ake ta yi gadan-gadan, domin har ma ta kai gwmnatin tarayya da kanta na fadin cewa, a cikin watanni biyar na wannan shekarar kadai, barayi sun hako danyen mai na dala biliyan bakwai.
Gwamnati ta nuna damuwarta game da wannan, amma babu wata kwakkwarar dabarar da ta kago don magance hakan, kuma an ce da sanin gwamnoni da kuma jiga-jigan ‘yan siyasan jihohin yankin ne ake yin haka. Ashe ke nan babu rana ko watan da za a daina aikata wannan ta’asar, kuma nan gaba abin na iya wuce min-sharrin ya kai ma-halaka. Da yake a yanzu asiri ya fara tonuwa game da haka, wasu gwamnonin yankin ne da kansu ke fita, don su kame jiragen ruwan da ke jigilar sataccen man: don su batar da sawun masu bincike, kada a gano masu jiragen.
Wai shin shugabannin Najeriya da kuma mu talakawa, mun taba tunanin yadda sakamakon wannan babbar ja’ibar zai iya kasancewa? Idan har tattalin arzikinmu ya ruguje gaba daya, man fetur din da ake fitarwa kasashen ketare  ya fara yin kwantai a kasuwanni, kudaden musanya ba su shigowa yadda ya kamata ai komai na iya faruwa. Wadanda za su fara cutuwa dangane da haka sune ma’aikatan gwamnatin tarayya, da na jihohi, da na kananan hukumomi, wadanda za su rasa albashinsu na wata-wata; sannan kuma miliyoyin magidanta ba za su iya ciyarwa ko tufatar da iyalansu ba; iyaye ba za su iya tura ‘ya’yansu makaranta ba; kasuwanni za su watse a ko ina a fadin tarayyar kasar nan. Fatara za ta lullube manoma; dukkan ayyukan da ake yi don farfado da tattalin arziki da inganta harkokin zamantakewa za su tsaya cik; a takaice dai tsananin damuwa da rashin kwanciyar hankali za su buwayi kasar.
Dangane da haka babu wani abin da gwamnatoci za su iya yi illa su yi ta Karin farashin man fetur da na wutar lantarki da bullo da sabbin haraji a fannonin kiwon lafiya da bayar da ilimi da kuma dukkan abubuwan da gwamnati ke yi don amfanin jama’a. Daga nan kuma harkokin kula da rayuwa za su faskara, wahalhalu za su addabi jama’a, gwamnati za ta zamo ba ta da wani tasiri ko alfanu ga rayuwar jama’a.
Yanzu dai ko na goye ya san Gwamnatin Jonathan ba za ta iya kwabar al’ummomin yankin Kudu maso Kudu (South-South), mai dimbin arzikin man fetur ba, domin kuwa sun fi karfinta, satar mai suke ta yi tukuru, ba kuma wanda ya isa ya hana su. A shekara guda da ta gabata Gwamnatin Jonathan ta sukurkuce, ta zama lusarar da ba ta iya sanyawa, ba ta kuma iya hanawa. Tana ji tana gani ake aikata ta’asa, ba ta kuma ko tsawatawa ballantana ta ladabtar da masu cabawa, don tsananin kabilanci da lalacewa. Idan ba a Najeriya ba ai babu kasar da irin wadannan kaba’iran za su ci gaba da wanzuwa ba tare da hukuma ta hukunta su ba. Shin akwai ma kasar da ta dogara kan danyen mai, amma ta mayar da filayen hakowar man tamkar gonakin gandu, sai bata-gari ne ke watayawa suna ta sassacewa?
To, ba fa dukufa wajen satar albarkatun man fetur kadai ‘yan yankin kudu maso kudu ke yi ba, sun riga sun mamaye gwamnatin Jonathan, sun kuma mai da ita tuwona-maina, su ne kadai ke cin gajiyar ta, sauran ‘yan sassan Najeriya sai dai su yi roro. Wannan ya nuna mana cewa tun suna satar dukiyar kasa ana kyalewa, wata rana daukacin danyen man za su sace karkaf, domin an ce barawon kaza ba zai bar ingarmar doki ba.

How far are you willing to compromise?


In marriage, most women feel they are not being given the chance to voice out their mind nor have their way.  As a result of this, they got bottled up with one problem or the other. And once an opportunity opens up to speak up, they hardly let go of their stance. In some extreme cases it has led to a couple of divorce. It is a fact that reaching a compromise in a marriage is one hurdle that most married women face, and it has become a threat to the stability of the marriage and home front.
Obviously, married life requires lots and lots of compromise if it is to work, hence challenges in marriage is inevitable. Their must be compromises in a marriage even if it means learning it from the very moment we get married or after some years of heated debate. Compromise is something we all eventually have to discover as one of the pillars of marriage. True compromise in marriage is one done without nagging, succeeding it all day; but compromise should come without resentment.
Compromise involves two parties where one gives up something he/she values for the benefit of the marriage. Nowadays, you find out that compromise is being neglected especially by the women because they feel if they compromise, they are giving up their right and this starts to be the beginning of crisis in the home. Compromise is not the easiest thing in the world to do. For those who are married- well, compromise sound pretty on paper or in spoken, but it is one thing that you must be willing to adopt and make use of in your life for things to go on smoothly.
How do we achieve compromise without resentment? First and foremost, we should understand that agreeing to differ is sometime an option, which simply means each party holding up to his understanding. But if you both agree to that, don’t hang onto any anger or bitterness for each other. The second thing to remember is that your spouse should come before other relationships. We have had a million times and more that marriage is about give and take. The two people must work together. There is a saying that goes thus- ‘there can never be two captains in a ship’. So is it in a marriage, it is not always possible for both persons to have their way. Therefore, sometimes one person gives and the other takes, and most important the woman must be willing to do most of the giving, especially in terms of decision making.  Of course this works better if both people get to experience both the giving and the taking.
People often talk of a successful marriage being a successful partnership based on a healthy mutual give and take. When you try to reach a compromise in your marriage then, you both will be giving your marriage all of the commitment and effort it deserves. While giving in to compromise is important, you should be willing to sacrifice completely sometimes as well, for the sake of the peace of your marriage. It is important to realize that without compromise, arguments can flare up easily and feelings of bitterness will begin to prop up. You must understand that compromise in your marriage is when you move from competition to cooperation in an argument. It is about finding a common ground where both of you are willing to agree on a particular situation, or issue and forge ahead in life. You will need to learn to compromise on many things because there are times when we must give in to the opinion of others for the benefit of the relationship and the general peace of everyone involved.
